Life is Beautiful …
Life is a beautiful (and chaotic) adventure that can lift us up and knock us down! Mindfulness is a method to help understand this madness and embrace what IS so that we can be happier, more present and engaged in our relationships.
There are many schools of meditative practice, at Moonbeam we take a simple and modern approach. We encourage a daily practice of one’s on choosing and living in a way that feels intentional. Each session will be held the last Sunday of the month so you have maximum time to embrace the ideas (with the exception of major holidays, we will meet as noted on the schedule below). We will have a theme each month based on the seasons and holistic lifestyle choices that will support them!
Sample Themes are:
January: Restoration
February (meeting January 28th): Self Love and Compassion
March (meeting March 24th) : Embracing Change
April (meeting April 28th) : Activating our True Potential and Vitality
^this may sound a little vague but that’s because we appreciate flexibility. We are different everyday and the hard and fast expectations slow down our creative abilities. If you did everything in life with intention, I can guarantee that your whole life would change for the better.
All session are between 90 minutes and will include :
A Practice like meditation, breath work, journaling or gentle movement
