Yin is a practice in patience and perseverance - Preserving the integrity of the bones of the body and the clarity of attachment in the mind. My yin practice is potent somatic medicine with a dash of whimsy and play. Heavy use of props and minor use of thoughts. Come as you are, all levels welcome

Vinyasa is THE VIBE 4:15pm Wednesday at Yoga on Yamhill . This flow class is powerful and vibrant, echoing inspiration and surrender into the inner realms. Some experience is recommended bb.

Gentle Yoga is a practice for everyone. Slow Flow and Floor based stretches to compliment our modern lyfe. We practice Tuesday at Noon at Firelight Yoga

I teach the Hot FLY 60 sequence at Firelight Yoga Tuesday at 1:30pm. This is a set sequence and is quite challenging, come as you are prepared to sweat !

Working with me is working with a re-frame. Take everything you think you are unaware of and Re-Frame: Realize you’ve been pretending that you don’t know all of the things you do. Work clearly with your personality to curate a life you don’t want a break from. Embrace your own magic and become the you that you’ve always known you could be by connecting to the inner being. We work with wisdom tradition, meditation, yoga, somatic movement and breath to empower and release you from the confines of your mind + popular opinion. Check it out
